Check it out the tracklist of the new CD/DVD "Beauty and the Beat"

The recording of the new project of Tarja with the drummer Mike Terrana called: "Beauty & The Beat" will be released on May 30th, 2014 by the  Earmusic . 

This is the comment of Tarja Turunen about the project : 

"The idea of ​​having a symphony orchestra , a choir 

and Mr. Terrana playing drums was initially my idea.  

Mike made ​​the drum recordings for classic musics, 
and I thought it was great!

 I immediately thought : this can be played live on the stages, 

with a real orchestra as part of a big concert.  

I believe that this combination of instruments , in particular 

playing classical music, is truly exceptional . 

I've done collaborations with orchestras in the past 

and it provided great results.  

Our main objective with this kind of concerts is dedicated to the 
younger fans and also to the audience start to have  
the opportunity to watch the beauty and power  
of a symphony orchestra and a choir .  

With a little luck we will introduce for some of our fans....

A gravação do novo projeto de Tarja com o baterista Mike Terrana chamado: 
"Beauty and The Beat" será lançado no dia 30 de maio de 2014 pela Earmusic.

Tarja Turunen falou o seguinte sobre projeto:
 "A idéia de ter uma orquestra sinfônica , um coral e o Sr. Terrana tocanco bateria era inicialmente 
a minha ideia.
Mike fez as gravações de bateria para músicas clássicas , e eu achei aquilo ótimo!Imediatamente pensei:  isso pode ser tocada ao vivo nos palcos, com uma orquestra verdadeira, como parte de um grande show.
 Acredito que esta combinação de instrumentos em particular tocando música clássica , é verdadeiramente excepcional . 
Eu fiz colaborações com orquestras no passado e proporcionou grandes resultados.
 Nosso principal objetivo com este tipo de show é dedicado à fãs mais jovens e ao público que terá a oportunidade de assistir a beleza e o poder de uma orquestra sinfônica e um coro.
 Com um pouco de sorte vamos apresentar para alguns de nossos fãs a verdadeira música clássica " .
